• Support supplementary Chinese.
• Support environment variable TZ for docker container (#1733):
  Now you can add environment variable -e TZ=UTC for your Semaphore container and set time zone what you want.

• Allow to store OAuth secret in separate file (#1517):
  We added configuration options oidc_providers → client_id_file and oidc_providers → client_secret_file to allow provide secret in separate file.
