Resellers and procurement partners
Help customers purchase Semaphore and discuss commercial arrangements for eligible opportunities.
Bring us into a customer opportunity for resale, implementation or managed services — or talk to us about a broader partnership.
Different partners can enter the customer journey in different ways. Start with the role that best matches the opportunity.

Start with enough context for us to understand what you're working on. We'll clarify the rest together.
Share enough context for us to understand what you're working on.
We clarify the opportunity, your role and where collaboration makes sense.
Where there is a fit, we agree on the next action and applicable commercial arrangements.
You can bring us a customer opportunity before becoming a formal Semaphore partner. Share the project context and your role, and we’ll work out whether a reseller, implementation, consulting or managed-services relationship makes sense.
A signed partner agreement is not required to start the conversation. Begin with the customer project or partnership model you have in mind, and we can discuss the appropriate agreement and commercial framework once we understand the opportunity.
The customer company is optional in the initial project enquiry. You can describe the use case, expected timing and the support you need first, then share customer details later when it is appropriate for the opportunity.
The Semaphore team reviews the project context, the customer’s needs and your role in the opportunity. We may ask a few follow-up questions before agreeing on the most useful next step, such as product evaluation, a demo, technical guidance or a commercial discussion.
Submitting the form starts a review; it does not automatically register or protect the opportunity. Any deal registration, partner status, protection period or commercial terms must be discussed and explicitly agreed with Semaphore for that specific customer project.
Tell us what you know about the existing conversation and how you are supporting the customer. We’ll review the context, clarify the roles involved and determine whether there is a useful way to collaborate without creating confusion for the customer.
Resale and procurement options depend on the product, customer requirements and the specific opportunity. Describe what the customer is evaluating or planning to purchase, and we’ll discuss the applicable route for Semaphore Pro or Semaphore Enterprise.
We’ll base the next commercial step on what the customer ultimately purchases and on any arrangements explicitly agreed for the opportunity. Let us know when the scope changes so we can review the most appropriate path together.
Depending on the project, Semaphore can discuss support for product evaluation, demonstrations, technical questions and quoting. Tell us what stage the customer is at and what is blocking progress so we can identify the most useful involvement.
We work with managed service providers that want to use Semaphore as part of an automation service for their customers. Share your operating model, the kinds of Ansible or infrastructure automation you manage and your licensing needs so we can assess the fit.
Involving Semaphore early helps align the customer need, partner role and product path before the opportunity becomes complicated. It also gives us a chance to coordinate technical or commercial support and agree a clear next step for everyone involved.
